Ingredients

  • 100 (.875 oz) bags Oven Baked TOSTITOS® SCOOPS Tortilla Chips
  • 6 lbs + 4 oz USDA ground beef or ground turkey (fully cooked)
  • 3 #10 cans EACH USDA pinto beans and USDA kidney beans
  • 1 1/2 Gal + 1 cup EACH diced carrots and carrot puree
  • 1 1/2 Gal + 1 cup USDA diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 1/2 Gal + 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 6 lbs + 4 oz USDA reduced fat shredded yellow cheese

*Optional: sour cream, salsa

Directions

Plate It! Mix together the meat, beans, carrots and tomatoes. Heat the mixture to 170 degrees. Pour contents of an .875 oz bag of Oven Baked TOSTITOS® SCOOPS on a serving plate. Add 1 3/8 cups of the chili mixture, and cover with shredded cheese, lettuce and optional toppings. 
 

Bag It! For added fun, serve Fiesta SCOOPS!® in a .875 oz Baked! TOSTITOS® SCOOPS!® bag. Pull open the bag from the top, or cut open along one side, spoon in the chili mixture and add the toppings.
