  • 3 Qts. + ½ c. USDA canned carrots (300309) 
  • 1 ½ Gal. + 1 c. USDA broccoli florets (110282)
  • 2 lbs. + 12 ½ oz. unsalted chicken stock
  • 3 Gal + 2 c. shredded Romaine
  • 1 ½ Gal. + 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 3 Gal + 2 c. cooked USDA long grain brown rice (101031)
  • 3 lbs. + 2 oz. RF Sour Cream 
  • 100- 1 oz. bags Sunchips® Harvest Cheddar Multigrain Snacks (#11152)
 
 

Directions

  1. In a pot heat Spaghetti Sauce, turkey pepperoni, bell peppers mushrooms and mashed sweet potatoes.
  2. Open a bag of Baked! Tostitos Scoops and add ~ ¾ c. sauce mixture. 
  3. Top with mozzarella, tomatoes and lettuce.
