- 4 lbs. + 11 oz. USDA pasteurized processed American Cheese loaf (100017)
- 1 1/3 c. + ½ Tbsp. USDA low sodium Tomato paste (110189)
- 11 lbs. + 4 oz. USDA diced Chicken (100101)
- 1 lb. + 6 ¼ oz. USDA RF Yellow Shredded Cheddar Cheese (100012)
- 3 Gal + 2 c. shredded Romaine lettuce
- 1 ½ Gal + 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- 100 – 1 oz. bags RF Doritos® Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips (#31748)
Directions
Plate It!
Combine gravy, processed cheese and tomato paste in a sauce pan. Cook over low heat until smooth. Add chicken strips, broccoli and cooked rice. Slightly crush the RF Doritos® Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips and place 1/2 of crushed chips on the bottom of a casserole pan. Add chicken mixture and shredded cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and add remaining crushed RF Doritos® Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips. Serve immediately with shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
Bag It!
Serve Na' Cho Chicken ion a 1 oz. bag of RF Doritos Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips. Tear open the bag or cut along one side of the bag. Spoon the chicken mixture into the bag and top with shredded romaine and tomatoes.
