Red Pepper & Hummus Garlic Bread

- 50 whole wheat sub rolls, Rich's® brand, cut in half lengthwise
- 2.5 containers Sabra® Classic hummus (33115)
- 3 quarts + .5 c roasted red pepper (or bell peppers)
- 1 c. + .5 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
- 12 lbs + 8 oz. Sargento® low sodium mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 (#10 cans) + 1 cup USDA spaghetti sauce, low sodium (110177)
Directions
- Roast and cut peppers into strips
- Cut subs and place with the interior facing up
- Spread 1/4 cup hummus on each side
- Top hummus with 1/2 cup roasted peppers on each side
- Cover with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese on each and sprinkle with seasoning
- Bake at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes until top of cheese is toasted
- Serve 1⁄2 sub roll
