Ingredients

  • 16 lbs + 4 oz Ling's Spicy Sichuan Chicken with Sauce (8-52724-11134-6)
  • 12.5 heads small green cabbage shredded
  • 12.5 heads small red cabbage shredded
  • 4 quarts + 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 quart + 2.5 cups cider vinegar
  • 1 tb 1 quart + 2.5 cups reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1.5 cups + 1 T. sugar
  • .5 cup +1 tsp pepper
  • 100 buns hamburger buns - 100% whole grain
  • 100 (1 oz.) bags SUNCHIPS® Original Flavored Multigrain Snacks (11151)

Directions

  1. Mix vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, and pepper in a bowl. Pour on top of shredded red and green cabbage and shredded carrots. Mix well.
  2. Mix together chicken and sauce. Heat thoroughly.
  3. Serve 2.6 oz. chicken mixture on top of 100% whole wheat bun. Top with slaw or serve slaw on the side.
  4. Serve with 1 bag (1 oz.) SUNCHIPS® Original Multigrain Snacks on the side for a total of 3 servings of whole grain
