- 12 lbs. + 8 oz. Chili con carne without beans
- 8 lbs. + 10 oz. USDA frozen ground beef, thawed
- 3 lbs. + 2 oz. USDA RF shredded yellow cheese
- 3 Gal + 2 c. shredded Romaine lettuce
- 1 1/2 Gal. + 1 c. each: chopped tomatoes and carrots
- 3 lbs. + 2 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese
- 100 1 oz. bags Sunchips(R) Harvest Cheddar Multigrain nacks
Directions
- Cook ground beef thoroughly. Drain
- Combine chili, carrots, tomatoes, cream cheese, and beef. Mix until smooth.
- Place in a baking dish. Cover with crushed Harvest Cheddar Sunchips®
- Top with Cheese. Bake at 300 degrees until warm and bubbly.
