SUNCHIPS® Chili Cheese Bake

Ingredients

  • 12 lbs. + 8 oz. Chili con carne without beans
  • 8 lbs. + 10 oz. USDA frozen ground beef, thawed
  • 3 lbs. + 2 oz. USDA RF shredded yellow cheese
  • 3 Gal + 2 c. shredded Romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 Gal. + 1 c. each:  chopped tomatoes and carrots
  • 3 lbs. + 2 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese 
  • 100 1 oz. bags Sunchips(R) Harvest Cheddar Multigrain nacks

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef thoroughly.  Drain
  2. Combine chili, carrots, tomatoes, cream cheese, and beef.   Mix until smooth.
  3. Place in a baking dish.  Cover with crushed Harvest Cheddar Sunchips®
  4. Top with Cheese.  Bake at 300 degrees until warm and bubbly.
