Taco Pizza

- 6 lbs. + 4 oz. USDA cooked ground beef (100158)
- 6 lbs + 4 oz. USDA RF shredded yellow cheese (100012)
- 2 # 10 cans USDA Refried Beans (100362)
- 1 #10 can USDA low sodium salsa (100330)
- 5 packages Taco Seasoning
- 5 cups + 8 oz. water
- 1 1/2 Gal + 1 c. each: chopped tomatoes and chopped romaine lettuce
- 10 – 16” whole grain pizza crusts – Rich’s
- 50 oz. Baked Tostitos Scoops – coarsely crushed
Directions
- Brown ground beef thoroughly. Add taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Place crusts on ungreased cooking sheets. Spread 2 ½ c. refried beans on each crust. Add ground beef, salsa, tomatoes and cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 13-16 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with shredded lettuce and coarsely crushed Baked! Tostitos Scoops
