Taco Salad with ROLD GOLD® HEARTZELS®

- 100 bags (.7 oz.) Rold Gold® Heartzels
- 6 lbs. + 4 oz. Taco Filling
- 3 lbs. + 2 oz. Reduced Sodium Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 6.25 gal. chopped Romaine
- 1.5 gal. + 1 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 3 gal. + 2 cup cooked blacked beans w/o salt
- 1.5 gal. + 1 cup USDA Salsa
Directions
- Heat Taco filling.
- Assemble Salad using 1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce, 1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers and 1/2 cup black beans.
- Top with 1 oz. of Taco filling, 2 Tbsp. shredded cheese and 1/4 cup Salsa.
- Coarsely crumble and place ROLD GOLD® HEARTZELS Pretzels on top of salad or serve on the side.
