Ingredients

  • 5 Pouches (43 oz.) Light Tuna
  • 1 qt + 1.25 cups Chopped Green Onions
  • 3 gal + 2 cups raw chopped broccoli
  • 3 gal + 2 cups raw chopped carrots
  • 2 qts + 3 cups low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 cups sweet pickle relish
  • 2 Tbsp. Black pepper
  • 100 (.875 oz.) bags Baked Tostitos® SCOOPS!® Tortilla Chips (42537)

Directions

  1. Drain and flake tuna.
  2. Combine all other ingredients.
  3. Cover and chill until ready to use.
  4. Place 1 1/4 cups of Tuna Salad on top of a slice of lettuce and serve with a bag of Baked Tostitos SCOOPS!® Tortilla Chips.
