- 5 Pouches (43 oz.) Light Tuna
- 1 qt + 1.25 cups Chopped Green Onions
- 3 gal + 2 cups raw chopped broccoli
- 3 gal + 2 cups raw chopped carrots
- 2 qts + 3 cups low fat mayonnaise
- 2 cups sweet pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 100 (.875 oz.) bags Baked Tostitos® SCOOPS!® Tortilla Chips (42537)
Directions
- Drain and flake tuna.
- Combine all other ingredients.
- Cover and chill until ready to use.
- Place 1 1/4 cups of Tuna Salad on top of a slice of lettuce and serve with a bag of Baked Tostitos SCOOPS!® Tortilla Chips.
