Ingredients

  • 3.75 #10 cansUSDA Black Beans, drained (100359)
  • 1.25 gal. USDA Frozen Corn, cooked (100348)
  • 1.25 cups fresh lime juice
  • 1 lb + 4 oz Cilantro
  • 1.25 cups Cummin
  • 1 qt + 2.25 cups USDA Salsa (110186)
  • 100 bags (.875 oz.) Baked! TOSTITOS® SCOOPS!® (42537)

Directions

  1. Rinse and drain beans and corn.
  2. Squeeze limes.
  3. Wash and chop cilantro.
  4. Mix all above ingredients with cumin and salsa.
  5. Open 1 bag of (.875 oz.)  Baked! TOSTITOS® SCOOPS!® Tortilla Chips and add .75 c mixture.
  6. Garnish with shredded lettuce & shredded cheddar cheese.
