- 1.25 cups fresh lime juice
- 1 lb + 4 oz Cilantro
- 1.25 cups Cummin
- 1 qt + 2.25 cups USDA Salsa (110186)
- 100 bags (.875 oz.) Baked! TOSTITOS® SCOOPS!® (42537)
Directions
- Rinse and drain beans and corn.
- Squeeze limes.
- Wash and chop cilantro.
- Mix all above ingredients with cumin and salsa.
- Open 1 bag of (.875 oz.) Baked! TOSTITOS® SCOOPS!® Tortilla Chips and add .75 c mixture.
- Garnish with shredded lettuce & shredded cheddar cheese.
